We are searching for an organized individual who can effectively multitask and embrace challenges in an inside sales role.

  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Assess leads from various marketing channels for qualification.
  • Forward qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and closure.
  • Research potential prospects, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.
  • Contact potential customers within the territories of sales representatives to schedule appointments.
  • Distribute pertinent sales, marketing, and promotional materials to sales representatives and distribution partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing lead and sales reps to organize events, webinars, conferences, and related activities.
  • Assist senior management with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to contribute to problem-solving and efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to achieve project objectives.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the sales process and sales acumen.

We are seeking someone with:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • 1+ years of experience with CRM systems
  • A post-secondary school diploma/degree (with a preference for Business or marketing concentrations).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and design skills.
  • The ability to offer strategic insights and recommendations to accomplish project objectives.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including a high level of expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • A solid grasp of digital initiatives.
  • The capability to prioritize tasks and collaborate across different time zones.
